The problem

Is there a polynomial f:Z→Zf:\mathbb{Z}\to \mathbb{Z} of degree at least 22 and a set A⊂ZA\subset \mathbb{Z} such that for any n∈Zn\in \mathbb{Z} there is exactly one a∈Aa\in A and b∈{f(k):k∈Z}b\in \{ f(k) : k\in\mathbb{Z}\} such that n=a+bn=a+b?

Statement quoted from erdosproblems.com/477, maintained by Thomas Bloom. Original source: [ErGr80,p.95]. Current status there: solved.

Caveats

The wiki's classifications are provisional and are not a benchmark. Many Erdős problems have never had a thorough literature review, so a result that looks new may later turn out to be known; some problems were also stated ambiguously or incorrectly. See the problem page for the full discussion.
