The problem

For any m∈Nm\in \mathbb{N}, let F(m)F(m) be the minimal k≥2k\geq 2 (if it exists) such that there are a1<⋯<ak=ma_1<\cdots <a_k=m with a1!⋯ak!a_1!\cdots a_k! a square. Let Dk={m:F(m)=k}D_k=\{ m : F(m)=k\}. What is the order of growth of ∣Dk∩{1,…,n}∣\lvert D_k\cap\{1,\ldots,n\}\rvert for 3≤k≤63\leq k\leq 6? For example, is it true that ∣D6∩{1,…,n}∣≫n\lvert D_6\cap \{1,\ldots,n\}\rvert \gg n?

Caveats

The wiki's classifications are provisional and are not a benchmark. Many Erdős problems have never had a thorough literature review, so a result that looks new may later turn out to be known; some problems were also stated ambiguously or incorrectly. See the problem page for the full discussion.
