The problem

Let p:Z→Zp:\mathbb{Z}\to \mathbb{Z} be a polynomial whose leading coefficient is positive and such that there exists no d≥2d\geq 2 with d∣p(n)d\mid p(n) for all n≥1n\geq 1. Is it true that, for all sufficiently large mm, there exist integers 1≤n1<⋯<nk1\leq n_1<\cdots <n_k such that

1=1n1+⋯+1nk1=\frac{1}{n_1}+\cdots+\frac{1}{n_k}

and

m=p(n1)+⋯+p(nk)?m=p(n_1)+\cdots+p(n_k)?

Caveats

The wiki's classifications are provisional and are not a benchmark. Many Erdős problems have never had a thorough literature review, so a result that looks new may later turn out to be known; some problems were also stated ambiguously or incorrectly. See the problem page for the full discussion.
