QED stands for quod erat demonstrandum, “which was to be demonstrated”. xqed tracks scientific problems solved by AI: every record states how complete the result is, how it was verified and where it came from.
Claims that “AI solved a problem” are often overstated. Many “new” solutions turn out to be in the literature already, and some only improve a bound. xqed aims to be more careful than the news: it separates full solutions, partial results and rediscoveries, and lets anyone challenge a claim right on the text.
